Mesa's Premier Criminal Defense Firm A Trial-Tested Team Focused On Personalized Service

Mesa Court Information

There are five different courts in Mesa, and each one follows their own unique processes and policies. For this reason, it is critical to choose a Mesa criminal defense attorney who is familiar with the court, judge, and prosecutors who will be handling your case. As a former Deputy County Attorney, Ryan McPhie has extensive trial experience in each of these courts, and many others throughout the East Valley.

Maricopa County Superior Court, Southeast Facility | 222 E. Javelina, Mesa, AZ 85210

  • Parking is located south of the main building, across the street
  • You will need to check in at 8:30 a.m., but there is often a line. It’s best to arrive a few minutes early to avoid this line.
  • Be prepared with a book or other entertainment – this court often takes up the bulk of your morning.
  • Unlike other courts in Mesa, you must appear at every hearing – your attorney cannot appear for you. If you arrive late, you may be issued a “failure to appear” bench warrant.
