Depending on where your arrest occurred, your case may be held at the sole criminal court in this area, Tempe Municipal Court.   • This court is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • The court is presided over by Judge Kevin Kane
  • For specific case inquiries, contact the court's Criminal Division at (480) 350-8270
  • Language services are available to non-English speakers
  • This court participates in the Maricopa County Regional Homeless Court program, as well as the East Valley Regional Veteran's Court program
